Product Returns
All returns must be made within 30 days of the sale date. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns on special order, imported, or electrical related items. All sales are final on closeout listed items. Any items that have been modified, installed, or otherwise rendered not saleable shall not be returned, no exceptions. All returns must have prior authorization and must show an RMA# on package or the package will be refused.
